Property Appreciation Expected in 2011? - CDPE

Home values could be appreciating in 40% of the major cities in the United States.  Some areas, however will still experience declines.  Minnesota appears to be somewhere in the middle--not on the 2.5%-3.5% appreciation, but not on the under 7% depreciation, either.  Real estate is local, and locally Minnesota is still in moderate territory.
